After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed. You may instead proceed with our return and refund policy as outlined below.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Process: Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return request. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.
Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
